The Privacy Policy constitutes an annex and an integral part of the User Agreement concluded with the User.
 

The content uploaded to the Site by the User remains the property of the User. The Company will not disclose or sell this content without obtaining prior consent from the User.
 

The Company will not disclose content transmitted electronically through the Site to third parties beyond the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement concluded with the Users. In this context, the Company commits to keeping the content strictly confidential, treating it as a confidentiality obligation, and taking all necessary measures to ensure and maintain confidentiality, preventing any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain, unauthorized use, or disclosure to third parties.

With the User’s consent, content may be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties by the Company and its partners for purposes such as payment processing, invoicing, banking integration, third-party applications authorized by the User, and direct marketing.

The Company may disclose content to other users for purposes such as sending invoices and sharing payment information as required for the requested services. If a User wishes to use another User’s content, they must obtain consent from the relevant User and use the content within the scope of that consent.

Personal information may be used to contact the User or to improve the User’s experience on the Site (e.g., service maintenance and support, enhancement of existing services, development of new services, and provision of personalized services). It may also be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties to create databases, maintain memberships, and perform other necessary activities for providing the Company’s services to the User.
